_*LPN - $5,000 Sign On Bonus*_*Available Shift: 3 PM to 11 PM*_Cordova Wellness and Rehabilitation Center is a leading senior care provider dedicated to providing a compassionate, patient-centered health care experience through a culture of caring, quality, and excellence in the communities we serve._*LPN Position Summary*A Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing basic medical attention to patients and assessing their wellbeing.
