Opportunities available for all levels of experience, including new grads!LPN Job Summary LPNs work under the direct supervision of the Director of Nursing (DON) and record all resident interactions to develop thorough documentation about their care. They help prepare residents for procedures and assist with routine recovery care after initial treatment. LPNs usually work with several residents at once and administer care according to a schedule, upholding medical routines and procedures.
