Description
The Arc Central Chesapeake Region (The Arc) supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live the lives they choose.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll apply your knowledge and passion for person-centered care to provide specialized, home-based nursing care to a person we support.
You are deeply committed to helping people realize their wellness goals while building a trusting relationship that promotes independence and community inclusion.
The ideal candidate for this position will be able to provide a person-centered level of care to align with the person's nursing plan and ensure all efforts are documented appropriately.
The LPN will assist in coordinating appropriate medical related services on a part-time, awake-overnight (AON) shift, Friday and Saturday 11pm - 7am.
They will facilitate building self-esteem and confidence through positive interactions and communication with the person supported and their family.
Qualifications
The LPN will hold a State of Maryland LPN license from the Board of Nursing, have a minimum of one year experience providing nursing services for people with intellectual/developmental disabilities and have a valid driver's license issued in the state in which they reside.
