A little more about our center:
Joliet Terrace is a 120 bed Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), providing care to the mentally ill/behavior health population (schizophrenic, bipolar, major depression…). Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood, we are easy to commute to and have a stable team. What makes us unique:
Highly ranked Quality Measures – this means we provide excellent clinical care!
Consistently high patient satisfaction rating and feedback – our residents love us!
Residents do not require skilled care (less lifting for your back :o)
We serve residents ages 21 and up, with our average age around 50 years old
This is not a SNF - Our patients are active and eager to connect with you. Stop by the game room and engage with them. They can’t wait to meet you.
The National Association of Rehab Providers & Agencies (NARA) awarded Transitional Care Management their “Impact Award” for 2023 for our Life Skills Programming. This center is using that very same “Life Skills Program” and changing lives every day. Ask us about it during your interview – we’d be delighted to share our Social Services success stories. It’s so much more than what your current Psych/Social team is doing now!
