We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Hillsbrook Village, a senior living community offering independent, assisted, and memory care living.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a clinical setting with older adults, including those suffering from dementia and physical disability.
Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, communicating with families and health professionals, providing assistance with daily living activities, and medication management.
