Job Type Full-timeDescriptionLPN, ALL SHIFTSConifer Park is looking for Full-time LPN in different shifts to join our nursing team in Glenville, NY.
In this role, the LPN collaborates with the RN in the implementation of a total health care regime, provides data to assist in the evaluation of patients' responses to plan of care, and administers medication safely and accurately while working closely with Medical and Clinical staff.
Schedule Options: DAY SHIFT SCHEDULES: Week 1: Mon- Thurs & Sat 7:00am - 3:30pm || Week 2: Sun-Tues & Thurs-Frid 7:00am - 3:30pm EVENING SHIFT SCHEDULES:Week 1:Sun, Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri 3p-11:30p || Week 2: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, Sat.
