We are looking for an Inpatient Acute Care LPN.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic specialty team in the delivery of nursing care med-surg and transplant patient population.
CB3 serves medicine and transplant population including kidney and liver transplant.  The unit also services the needs of a variety of med-surg overflow patients when necessary and appropriate.
Working under the direction of a registered nurse and within the context of the Nursing Professional Practice Framework, the LPN contributes by providing the highest quality patient centered direct care for patients at Hartford Hospital.  The self-motivated LPN will work collaboratively as part of the healthcare team to assist in reaching desired outcomes for quality, safety, and patient experience while working at the top of their license. The LPN will provide nursing care, assist with treatments and procedures, and carry out interventions within the framework of the established plan of care as well as perform additional nursing related activities with direction and guidance from an RN.  Qualifications
Current Connecticut Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
