Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive psychiatric assessments within the Emergency Department making recommendations and assisting in the coordination of care for patients presenting with behavioral health and substance abuse needs while working collaboratively with the emergency department. Responds to crisis calls.
Qualifications
Current CT license - LCSW, LMFT, LADC, or LPC requiredMaster's degree in mental health discipline requiredA minimum of two years' experience in a psychiatric setting required, preferably in an emergency department/crisis roleHighly effective verbal and written communication skillsWe take great care of careers.
