$145,000 yearly at plan
Responsibilities:
- Consistently follow up with leads to grow the sales pipeline
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations to understand their needs and preferences
- Rigorously prospect for new business to ensure sales growth
- Oversee the closing process to provide clients with a smooth transaction experience
- Cultivate relationships with clients to generate more sales
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven sales experience preferred

- Active or in-process Real Estate License
