Create new business opportunities through networking, cold-calling, and referrals, as well as in-person interactions with customers. Leverage your insurance knowledge to educate and inform customers about the Vaughn Agency and various coverage options. Conduct needs-based selling by prospecting, managing a sales pipeline, conducting needs analysis, presenting proposals, and closing deals. Demonstrate a commitment to excellence through a strong work ethic, persistence, and a focus on solutions-oriented sales. Qualifications: A track record of success in solutions-oriented sales or a background in the insurance industry is preferred. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Accounting, Finance, Public Health, Health Administration, Business, or related disciplines. Possession of an updated property and casualty license is viewed favorably. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in conducting needs analysis, developing solutions, and writing proposals. Ability to generate new business through networking, cold-calling, and referrals.
