Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently procure permits for construction projects across South Carolina. Collaborate closely with project managers to streamline the permitting process. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of regional building codes and compliance requirements. Engage with regulatory bodies to resolve any permit-related issues promptly and professionally. Qualifications:
Valid SC General Contractor license. Demonstrated experience in acquiring permits for construction projects in South Carolina. Comprehensive knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Additional Information:

Compensation:
This position offers a competitive monthly salary of $2,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
