Full-Time LVN
Thursday - Saturday: 2:30pm-11pm & Monday: 6:30am-3pm
Pay Range $35-$40/hour

Your Typical Daily Responsibilities
Follow up on physicians orders and report clinical care information
Provide medication administration and report any adverse reactions
Ensure resident care and service plans are followed
Make appropriate situational decisions and manage conflict positively
Update and review resident medical records

Our Minimum Requirements
Current unencumbered LVN or LPN license in the State in which this community is located
CPR Certified or ability and willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire
Ability to work the defined schedule for this position
