**Description** ** _**Now offering a $5K Sign-on Bonus for this position!_****_Summary:_**Provides nursing care to assigned patients under the supervision of a licensedprofessional.Provides primary care to a designated group of patients under the direction ofthe Registered Nurse. Assists in the collection of patient data used todetermine nursing needs of the patient. Works with other disciplines to ensurea Collaborative approach to the care of the patient.Our Medical Surgical department has an average daily census of 14, and amonthly census of about 80-100. We treat patients with a wide variety ofmedical issues including Pneumonia, Cellulitis, COPD, Diabetes, Heart Failure,Renal Failure, Chest Pain and Liver Failure. We are a team that enjoyssupporting each other and working together with a vision. We participate incommunity events to educate our local population on preventive care andcollaborate with city and county leaders to provide the needed resources toour community.
