Responsibilities
• Ensure activities are started on time and manage cancellations and rescheduling• Maintain documentation of resident attendance and participation• Communicate upcoming events and schedule changes• Research and recommend potential events, vendors, speakers, and performers• Coordinate golf group and transportation for resident events• Create room set-ups and transportation requests• Assist in department marketing and promotional needs• Maintain accurate event documentation and process payments• Coordinate resident art gallery and internal partners• Assist with technology support, streaming, and off-campus events• Develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and residents• Ensure safety of residents and associates• Attend meetings, training, and support company culture• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment• Proficient with Microsoft 365• Strong communication skills• High level of creativity• Timely response to resident needs• Data collection and management• Positive interactions and relationships• Availability to work various hours, including weekends• High school diploma or GED required• Previous senior living and office experience preferred• Experience with Wellzesta preferred
