Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking a USPTO registered Patent Agent in the Life Sciences. The ideal candidate would reside in CA, CO, DC, GA, NC, or WA and be available for in-office, remote, or hybrid work schedule. The applicant should have strong writing skills and relevant experience in Life Sciences patent prosecution is preferred. An advanced degree or commensurate experience is required; expertise in molecular biology is an asset. Candidates should have at least 3 years of direct patent prosecution experience. The applicant must be detail-oriented and possess strong written and verbal skills. Proficiency in technical writing is a plus. Transcripts and writing samples will be requested. Expected salary range is $135,000-$200,000.
