OverviewAs a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping and driving Verkada's life cycle marketing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to design, implement, and optimize lifecycle marketing campaigns that engage prospects and existing customers. You will use existing content to craft mainly email (but also multi-channel) campaigns to drive prospects further down the funnel and customers to expand by collaborating with our Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Content, and Creative teams.Responsibilities:Fully implement the lifecycle email marketing strategy, driving significant enhancements in engagement and conversion metrics.Develop advanced customer segmentation and personalization tactics to enhance targeting and relevancy.Optimize email campaign performance through continuous testing and refinement.Create detailed customer journey maps to better understand and influence customer behavior.Develop a strategic plan for non-email lifecycle campaigns, expanding the reach and impact of lifecycle marketing efforts.Own and manage the content for all customer and prospect newslettersDesign, build, and maintain all email nurture campaigns as well as campaign landing pages across products and industriesPartner with Demand Generation to quickly iterate on content to ensure optimal lead generation performanceEnsure adherence to Verkada brand guidelines, tone of voice and style consistencyQualifications:4+ years of proven email or lifecycle marketing experience Proven ability to build high-performing integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, and digital channels that generate qualified leadsDemonstrated experience building and managing customer or prospect newsletters as well as building and optimizing email nurtures Excellent copyediting, communication and project management skillsStrong work ethic, team-player mentality, and comfort and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment Critical thinking skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to build strategy and influence decision-makingUS Employee BenefitsVerkada is committed to investing in the holistic health and well-being of all employees and their families.
