What you'll doAs a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Strategy and Operations, you are a highly motivated self-starter who is responsible for designing a more efficient and scalable lifecycle marketing engine. You are eager to learn, determined to adapt quickly, and comfortable with working in ambiguous situations. You'll become a SME in lifecycle marketing operations, prioritization of content by audience segments, and data pipelines into and out of our marketing systems. You'll develop and present strong POVs on marketing strategy, channel efficacy, campaign processes, and audience segmentation and drive alignment among marketing and product teams. You'll be responsible for collaborating with lifecycle segment leads and analytics to develop a comprehensive narrative for the performance of lifecycle marketing campaigns and find opportunities for future programs.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing Strategy and Operations.
Responsibility Partner with Product, Analytics, and Marketing teams to align lifecycle strategies with broader business objectivesBecome a subject matter authority on use of marketing automation and CRM platforms lead, optimize, and scale lifecycle marketing programsDefine and optimize audience segmentation to ensure tailored, relevant messaging at each stage of the customer journeyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient handoffs, prioritization of content by audience cohorts, timely execution, and consistent customer experiences across channelsWork closely with analytics to define and monitor performance metrics for lifecycle marketing initiatives, focusing on metrics such as revenue, engagement, retention, LTV, and churnReport on key metrics and campaign performance regularly to senior leadership, translating findings into actionable recommendationsCollaborate with global Data and Analytics teams to maintain data integrity and ensure accurate customer segmentation and targetingServe as a key point of contact for lifecycle marketing insights, standard processes and marketing technology usage within the organizationPartner with Creative, Product, Customer Success, and Analytics teams to implement cohesive and impactful lifecycle campaignsJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bringBasic Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or CRM strategy, preferably in a SaaS, e-commerce, or subscription-based businessExperience developing and implementing data-driven lifecycle marketing strategiesExperience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Iterable) and CRM toolsExperience with analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL) with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsPreferred Exceptional project management skills with a focus on detail, process, and efficiencyAbility to collaborate cross-functionally and influence partners at all levels of the organizationStrong written and verbal communication skills with an analytical, customer-focused approachAdvanced degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics or relatedWage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salary
Illinois and Colorado: $97,000.00 - $133,300.00 base salary
Washington and New York (including NYC metro area): $97,000.00 - $139,525.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
