Role Overview
Join us as a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to execute and optimize customer engagement, retention, and revenue programs across the entire customer journey. Working closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll implement personalized communications, maintain automated journeys, and help drive campaign performance across all lifecycle stages. This role offers excellent growth potential for a data-driven marketer looking to build expertise in lifecycle marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Program ExecutionImplement lifecycle marketing programs across all customer touchpointsExecute segmentation strategies based on behavior, engagement, and valueMaintain programs across key lifecycle stages: welcome, onboarding, engagement, retention, win-back, and advocacySupport loyalty and referral program communicationsHelp coordinate studio communications to align with local customer needs Email & SMS MarketingBuild and deploy sophisticated email and SMS campaigns using AcousticMaintain and optimize automated customer journey workflowsImplement segmentation strategies for personalized content deliveryDeploying A/B tests and tracking performanceEnsure brand voice consistency and compliance across all communications Customer Experience & RetentionMaintain customer onboarding programsExecute win-back campaigns for at-risk or churned customersManage post-treatment follow-up sequencesDeploy satisfaction surveys and compile feedbackSupport customer advocacy and referral programsImplement retention programs based on treatment progress Promotional & Revenue ProgramsExecute seasonal promotional campaigns (Black Friday, holidays)Deploy targeted discount and offer communicationsExecute upsell and cross-sell campaignsDeploy package upgrade communicationsImplement reactivation campaigns for dormant customersCoordinate promotional timing with studio operationsSupport new market launch communications Campaign Analytics & ReportingMonitor campaign metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions)Generate regular performance reportsTrack customer churn patternsProvide insights on campaign performanceSupport data science team with segment implementationMonitor customer retention ratesCompile NPS and customer satisfaction metrics Platform ManagementDay-to-day management of email/SMS marketing platforms (Acoustic)Maintain database hygiene and list managementMonitor deliverability metricsSupport technical integrations with engineering teamEnsure accurate customer data synchronization Position Requirements2-3 years' experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketingProficiency with email marketing platforms (Acoustic, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar)Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimizationStrong analytical skills and data-driven mindsetUnderstanding of email deliverability best practicesExcellent writing and communication skillsExperience with marketing automationBasic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred Note: While we've listed comprehensive responsibilities, we encourage candidates to apply even if they don't have experience in every area.
