Lift Operator - Skilled Mountain Professional

At Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Area, we're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic lift operator to join our team.
As a lift operator, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of guests across our mountain terrain.
Your role will be to provide exceptional customer service, monitor the safety of passengers, and operate the lift equipment to optimal capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor the safety of passengers while providing instruction and customer service
Operate lift equipment to ensure optimal chair capacity and efficient transportation
Proactively notify maintenance/dispatch of repair or maintenance needs
Work closely with the Lift Maintenance department to learn proper lift equipment operation
Requirements:
No experience necessary, we provide training for all lift operators
Ability to make quick decisions and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Physically capable of assisting guests while loading lifts and standing outside in a mountain environment for long periods
