Cabot Citrus Farms
Cabot's first U.S. destination, Cabot Citrus Farms, is situated on 1,200 acres of rolling land and will include Cabot's signature combination of world-class golf, luxury accommodations and real estate opportunities.
Opening in 2023, Cabot Citrus Farms will feature two revitalized 18-hole courses, a par-3 course, a new clubhouse and extensive practice facilities.
The property is a short 50-minute drive from Tampa and an 80-minute drive from Orlando.
While close to urban amenities, the property sits in the central-west region of Florida aptly known as the Nature Coast.
Visitors will delight in one-of-a-kind experiences including exceptional hiking, biking and nature trails at neighboring Withlacoochee State Forest, spring- fed rivers and bountiful lakes at Crystal River, and world-class fishing in the Gulf of Mexico.
Key Responsibilities Execute menu items start to finish.
This includes, but is not limited to, preparation of ingredients, butchery of proteins, cooking, and plating of menu items.
Participation in the preparation and development of new menu items.
Hone existing skills while learning new techniques and building skill set.
Maintaining cleanliness of all BOH work areas, including but not limited to refrigeration, cooking equipment, and prep areas.

Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in a culinary position or a culinary arts degree is required.
A positive and enthusiastic attitude, as well as a desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills.
A passion for food with exceptional work ethic and dedication.
Commitment to abide by all occupational health and safety standards.
Knowledge of and compliance with all Fire Safety Plans and Regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Physical Demands Spending long hours walking, standing, and using knife skills.
Frequently lifting and carrying 50 - 100 lb.
Occasional ascending and descending of stairs and ramps.
Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
Working in a hot, intense kitchen producing a significant volume of food.
