Follow methods of food preparation, cooking techniques, and portion sizing as prescribed by the Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, and/or Sous Chef.
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, using fresh and superior ingredients.
Package, wrap, and price products for retail sale as needed.
Operate all kitchen stations as required and adhere to health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Qualifications At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
A minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in fine dining establishments.
Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
ServeSafe Food Handlers certification required.
Excellent time management, organizational, and mathematical skills.
Ability to remain calm and effective during high volume service and difficult situations.
Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands Ability to stand, walk, and work in a kitchen environment for extended periods.
Occasionally climb and descend stairs, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working in tight spaces and with various kitchen equipment.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and reaching.
Work Conditions The work environment is typically moderate in noise level and may involve exposure to extreme heat or cold.

Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly $18.00- $22.00 Based on Experience
