Responsibilities
• Approach guests and associates in a friendly service-oriented manner• Maintain regular attendance and high standards of personal appearance• Comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations• Have thorough knowledge of menus and preparation required• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas• Complete necessary food and station preparations• Prepare and display buffet food items• Prepare food for Banquets and Associate Cafeteria• Work banquet food station as scheduled• Practice safe work habits and be familiar with hotel policies
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred• Food Handlers Certification• Clear communication and quick decision-making skills• Ability to work in high-pressure situations• Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
