Following recipes and maintaining high standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operation Practicing proper food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic work environment.
Adhering to established cooking methods, portion sizes, and plating techniques to deliver consistent and exceptional dishes.
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
Contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting fellow team members and promoting a culture of excellence.
Qualifications: High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred At least 18 years of age Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant.
Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.?
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.?
Ability to learn and follow processes.?
This position will spend 100% of the time standing and walking.
