To strengthen our motivated Board and Paper Sales Team in the United States, we are looking for a passionate Liner Sales Manager.
Your Role
Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets for the liner business in North America
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new relationships with potential customers
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Maintain CRM customer opportunity and activity database
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to the Managing Director
Attend industry events and conferences to represent MM Group and promote our liner business
Your Profile
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in liner sales/business development in the North American market
Technical knowledge of Containerboard grades, printing and converting
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
Confident in using MS Office, especially Excel and Power Point
Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
Willingness to travel as required
