Liquidity Distribution Managers are responsible for account management and sales to the Market Makers accountMaintain active dialogue with assigned accounts and conduct regular Account ReviewsIt is anticipated that each Market Maker account gets a formal quarterly reviewIssue resolutionLiquidity Sales is expected to respond to issues raised by and involving their accounts and see them through to completion with a timely responseArrange senior meetings as requiredWhere possible there should be a minimum of once a year senior engagement with for each key Market Maker accountAccount mappingThrough Account Reviews and as needed make mapping proposals for market makers for RT products to clients who have asked for liquidityAnnual goal to ensure that when LCs are seeking liquidity, Market Makers are engagedIntroduction of new Disclosed Market Making OpportunitiesA monitored KPI should be to identify which Market Markers are not providing which products and to continually work to close that gapTurn Makers into TakersGiven the range of clients in the Market Maker, this should be a continuous goal for the team as circumstances at these accounts changeIntroduction of Bonus-eligible productsIt is the responsibility of the Account Manager to introduce all products in the 360T/DBG FX suite to the appropriate person at each AccountA monitored KPI should be to identify which Market Makers are not providing which products and to continually work to close that gapLate payment follow upsWhere invoices go unpaid after x months, Liquidity Sales has the responsibility to follow up and pursue through to paymentBrokerage NegotiationsEach account manager should look to offer services commensurate with the brokerage charged to the Market Maker. Where renegotiations are required, the first line of messaging should be that we look to compensate for cuts in revenue with new revenue opportunities. If no satisfactory outcome is found, then this should be escalated to management, with you and me the next stage in the processBachelor's Degree Skilled Sales / Account Manager person that has worked in close relations with corporate treasuries, banks and asset managersReliable and capable of consolidating customer loyalty and performance through constant advisory and identification of requirementExperience in Global Markets sales & trading or other treasury environment or financial service industryCredible, persuasive, well-presented with excellent communication, presentation and execution skillsService and detail-orientedHighly motivated, entrepreneurial spirit, team playerClear career conceptRobust benefit package, including 401(K) employer matchPaid time off360T Academy A highly motivated and skilled multinational teamA central and modern workplace with high development potential in ManhattanPerformance appraisals on a regular baseThe base salary range for this position is 110,000 - 150,000 USD. The final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location, experience, and qualifications.The position is based in New York City and available immediately.
