Litigation Associate Attorney

Job Description: We are looking for an attorney to meet with clients (primarily individuals and small business owners) and go to court.
We are looking for a candidate to assist us with civil litigation, including contract disputes, business torts, defamation, HOA law and real estate litigation.
We want a candidate who likes interacting with people, projects confidence, and who possesses strong analytical and writing skills.
Must be licensed in Pennsylvania.
Duties include, but are not limited to, legal research; drafting letters, pleadings and briefs; taking and defending depositions; drafting and answering discovery; trial preparation; and trial assistance.
