ResponsibilitiesThis position will be responsible for important work, including:
Handle your own cases, from start to finishAttend simple and complex hearings and making argument on relevant issuesTake and defend depositions, including party and expert depositionsAttend mediation and engage in settlement discussions with opposing counsel and clientsRegularly communicate with clients for updates and strategyAttend jury and non-jury trialsIf these statements appeal to you, then you may be our litigation associateYou are organizedYou are an excellent writerYou are very good at legal research (we use Westlaw)You are caring, and care about our clients and their casesYou are a self-starterYou are creative and good at determining the relevant issuesYou are not looking for the easiest way out of litigationWork well with others and be a great member of the teamWe love to help people learn and grow.

We need a litigation associate with experience in civil litigation, including but not limited to personal injury, commercial litigation, and landlord-tenant litigation.
The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding.
This is a full-time job where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work a full-time attorney schedule.
Based on your experience, we will offer a compensation package of base pay and variable pay range of $100,000 to $150,000, depending on years and quality of experience.
Also, there are opportunities for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.
