Position ** We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to become an integral part of our firm, working closely with clients, partners, and other attorneys to provide counsel, draft legal documents, and contribute to the successful execution of client transactions. You will also have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex commercial litigation, making a meaningful impact on our clients' legal needs.
Responsibilities Litigation * * Manage a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution. Collaborate with senior partners to develop litigation strategies. Communicate with and represent clients in conferences, hearings, trials, arbitrations.Client ** Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to clients on a wide range of corporate matters such as labor and employment, compliance/governance, contract negotiation, and more, helping to mitigate clients' risk by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Document * Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate governance documents. Due Diligence and Legal * Conduct due diligence reviews and assessments to identify potential legal issues and risks. Stay current on relevant legal developments and conduct research to support client matters.
