MBM is seeking a mid- to senior-level litigation associate (5+ years' experience) to join our firm.
What You Will Do As a litigation associate, you will assist the firm's principals and senior litigation associates in all facets of litigation, including construction defect, land use and zoning, condominium phasing rights disputes, and the like.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability and experience to draft and argue motions, undertake legal research, take depositions, conduct written discovery, represent clients in court and other proceedings, and provide legal support for various cases.
What You Will Bring A candidate with 5+ years of litigation experience in the real estate sector is strongly preferred.
In addition, we seek an attorney with the following credentials/skills:
