Responsibilities:Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.Draft legal documents and correspondence.Manage and oversee caseload effectively.Collaborate with team members on litigation strategies.Prepare for and attend court hearings and trials.Qualifications:Excellent writing and research skills.Proven ability to take initiative and manage responsibilities.Experience in complex litigation preferred.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Candidates should be ready to go up against the biggest defense firms in the world in complex, high-stakes litigation on a daily basis.
