Who We Are Looking For: We are looking for a passionate and talented junior associate attorney with 3 to 4 years of meaningful experience in civil litigation to work in our Litigation Department.
The attorney will work on a variety of substantive litigation matters (complex litigation, securities litigation, intellectual property litigation, will contests, real estate and construction litigation, corporate and partnership disputes over ownership and fiduciary duties, contract disputes, etc.).
Meaningful litigation experience includes drafting of pleadings/motions, drafting and responding to written discovery, and managing document discovery.
Experience with depositions, arguing motions, pre-trial preparation, trials, and arbitrations is a plus.
Successful candidates will have demonstrably superior legal writing skills.
