Litigation Attorney - General Liability

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee assigned cases throughout the litigation process Conduct and defend depositions Appear in court as necessary Prepare motions, pleadings, and responses to discovery requests Qualifications: Demonstrated pretrial and/or trial experience Strong research and writing abilities Minimum 3 years of legal experience Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California Base salary range: $150,000 - $185,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
