Litigation Attorney Our client is seeking a seasoned Litigation Attorney to join our client's team, a reputable law firm specializing in property damage and personal injury cases.
With a robust team of nearly 100 attorneys spanning 30+ locations, this firm is dedicated to delivering top-tier outcomes, ensuring clients receive the maximum restitution they deserve.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex litigation from inception through trial and possess a strong track record of achieving successful outcomes for clients.
Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and has the leadership skills to handle high-stakes cases.

Participate in annual performance reviews to discuss your progress, set goals, and plan for continued growth and success within the company.
Focus: Lead litigation cases involving property damage and personal injury from initial filing to trial, including all aspects of discovery, motions, and courtroom appearances.
Serve as 1st chair in trials, managing the litigation strategy, preparing witnesses, and arguing motions.
Handle client communications, provide legal counsel, and manage expectations throughout the litigation process.
Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and arbitrations as necessary.
Collaborate with expert witnesses, investigators, and other team members to build strong cases.
Stay current with relevant case law and legal precedents that affect property damage and personal injury claims.
Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal requirements.
Skill Set: Juris Doctor (J.D.)
from an accredited law school.
Minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, preferably with a focus on property damage and personal injury cases.
Proven 1st chair trial experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage and win complex cases.
Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly desirable but not required.
Strong organizational, research, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with client management and legal strategy development.
Strong negotiation skills with a history of favorable settlements.
Demonstrated leadership ability in legal settings.
