Litigation Attorney

Position Overview: The Litigation Attorney will work closely with other members of the legal team to provide advice and represent clients in all stages of their legal matters. The Attorney will analyze case details, conduct legal research, file pleadings, and negotiate legal documents. The Attorney must stay up-to-date with the newest legal developments and be able to multitask and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze case details and make decisions on how to best defend clients. Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Negotiate legal documents. Conduct legal research. Represent clients in court. Attend depositions, pre-trial discovery, and witness preparation. Prepare clients for trial. Execute trials. Qualifications: Licensed Attorney (Ohio) Juris Doctor Degree Able to multitask and manage multiple cases. Preference in family law, real estate, or contracts law. Benefits Competitive base salary ($90,000-$140,000) + commission
