Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive legal counsel across various business sectors, addressing unique day-to-day challenges with strategic insights.
Manage and assist with legal claims, including litigation, audits, worker's compensation, and other governing body claims.
Draft, negotiate, and review a wide array of business agreements tailored to different business models.
Represent clients in legal proceedings throughout Arizona, ensuring their interests are effectively protected.
Conduct legal research to remain updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends that affect our operations and clients.
Advise clients on legal matters, equipping them to make strategic decisions while mitigating risk.
Assist with Estate Planning matters as they arise.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.)
degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in Arizona.
Strong knowledge of business law, including contracts, corporate governance, intellectual property, employment law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply legal principles to practical business situations.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of simplifying complex legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with a track record of preparing clear and concise legal documents.
Demonstrated experience in providing strategic legal advice and mitigating risks.
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
High ethical standards with a commitment to confidentiality and protecting sensitive information.
