Litigation Attorney

Our firm is looking for a talented and motivated General Litigation Associate Attorney with experience in one of the following industries: oil and gas, real estate, or construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex litigation matters, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage a diverse caseload.

Key Responsibilities: Represent clients in general litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, tort claims, and regulatory compliance issues.Provide legal counsel and strategy development for cases involving oil and gas, real estate, or construction sectors.Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Prepare and present cases in court, including pre-trial motions, depositions, and trial proceedings. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.)
from an accredited law school.Active and in good standing with the Texas Bar.Must live in Houston, TX.
Minimum of 3 years of general litigation experience, with a focus on oil and gas, real estate, or construction law.Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Ability to handle multiple cases and work under pressure with tight deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to professional excellence.
