Our attorneys work closely with clients on all phases of litigation, from case evaluation and reporting, discovery and depositions, through trial presentation, with an emphasis on strategic thinking to meet client objectives.

Responsibilities: Excellent written work product for trial, appellate, and board matters.Draft legal documents, including briefs, and pleadings.Assist in case preparation and management for various practice areas.Participate in negotiations and settlements.Identify and advance sound, reliable, and winning oral arguments with complete command of legal authorities.Prepare and examine witnesses.Utilize writing skills to prepare correspondence and legal documents.Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.Grow productive relationships with courts, counsel, clients, and every member of the team.Timely and accurate client reporting. Qualifications: Attorneys must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas with a preference of at least 7 years of experience.
Experience with health care litigation is not required but definitely a plus.
