Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of prior experience in business litigation. Must possess a valid California Bar License in good standing. Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough legal research and draft briefs, pleadings, and motions. Prepare legal documents for clients, including briefs, motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings. Develop case strategies and solutions to effectively serve clients' needs based on thorough analysis. Collaborate with and provide leadership to administrative staff on client billing, meetings, invoicing, and finalizing client projects.
