Represent clients in civil litigation cases, including trials, hearings, and mediationsConduct legal research and analysis to support case strategiesDraft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsNegotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clientsCollaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategy and preparationMaintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation
Job Requirements
