The firm is renowned for its expertise in handling complex litigation cases, including catastrophic losses, personal injury, and property damage claims.

Key Responsibilities:
Case Management : Handle all phases of litigation personal injury cases, including initial case evaluation, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
Depositions: Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts with precision and strategic insight.
Trial Work: Participate actively in trials, including presenting cases in court, cross-examining witnesses, and delivering opening and closing arguments.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with regular updates and strategic advice throughout the litigation process.
Legal Research and Writing : Draft and respond to legal motions, prepare legal briefs, and conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure that cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute litigation strategies tailored to the specific needs of each case, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in the State of Texas.
2-10 years of litigation experience, with an emphasis in insurance defense litigation Strong understanding of Texas civil procedure and substantive law.
Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work well under pressure.
Experience with depositions, trials, and case management from inception to completion.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $165,000.00 per year
