Litigation Paralegal

Bressler, Amery & Ross, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national practice, seeks a Paralegal for its' Florham Park, NJ office.
The Paralegal will be assigned to support Principals and Associates in Commercial Litigation practice group in connection with litigation, arbitration and mediation matters.

Hours are 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
Essential Responsibilities • Organize case files and documents.
• Case tracking/docketing and scheduling.
• Obtain, analyze and summarize medical records.
• Prepare depositions, exhibits and trial binders.
• Interact with firm personnel, clients, outside counsel, and court personnel.
• Create and maintain spreadsheets and databases.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Education • A minimum of 5 years' legal experience in commercial litigation.
• A minimum of a 4-year college degree or work experience equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, including advanced use of MS Word (including redlining, comparing documents, advanced formatting, Table of Contents and Table of Authorities creation).
• Proficiency in the use of document management systems (iManage preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and computer skills.
• Excellent organizational skills; very detail-oriented.
