Litigation Paralegal (Securities)

Bressler, Amery & Ross, a dynamic and rapidly growing law firm with a national practice, seeks a Paralegal for its' Florham Park, NJ office to support its Securities Practice Group.
Hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break, Monday through Friday.
Essential Duties Assist with arbitration/trial scheduling, preparation and hearings.Prepare and file court documents.Work with attorneys to collect and analyze documents.Assist in file management.Manage substantial caseload.Interact with firm personnel, outside counsel, and external vendors. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Education 4+ years' of experience required.Experience with SEC and FINRA enforcement proceedings, regulatory investigations and arbitrations is preferred.Experience filing documents on FINRA's portal preferred.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Strong analytical skills.Familiarity with document management systems is desirable.Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.A minimum of a 4-year college degree or relevant work equivalent.
