Litigation Secretary

Legal secretary with 2-3 years of defense litigation experience needed to support trial attorneys.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting correspondence, memoranda, legal documents
- Maintaining attorney calendars and case files
- Prioritizing deadlines
- Scheduling appointments
- Recording timekeeping entries
- Providing additional support as necessary
Ideal candidate will have:

- Ability to demonstrate accuracy, dependability, and exceptional judgment on
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate accuracy, dependability, and exceptional judgment on daily basis
- Initiative
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to accept new challenges
Must have knowledge of local and Federal court forms and procedures and e-Filing as well as strong PC/MS Word skills.
Document management program skills a plus.
BA/BS or Associates degree or equivalent field required.
2+ years of litigation experience preferred.
