### Job Description:
Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a dedicated and driven Live Chat Assistant to join our team remotely. This part-time position is best suited for an individual with a keen eye for detail and an exceptional ability to communicate efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Live Chat Assistant, you will play an integral role in enhancing the customer experience and supporting various teams across the organization.
### Key Responsibilities:
- **Customer Engagement**: Effectively engage with clients through live chat, ensuring a professional, friendly, and prompt response to inquiries.
- **Problem Resolution**: Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in real-time.
- **Information Management**: Accurately record and manage conversations and client data using our customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure streamlined communication and information sharing.
- **Feedback and Reporting**: Analyze customer interaction data and provide feedback to improve services and support tools.
- **Process Improvement**: Continuously identify opportunities for process enhancement and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement strategies.
### Requirements:
**Education & Experience:**
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a live chat environment.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
**Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency with CRM software and live chat tools.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
