Job Description:
Campbell Soup is seeking a talented Live Chat Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing our live chat platform and ensuring exceptional customer service for our online customers.
Responsibilities:- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via live chat- Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers with online orders- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer concerns and provide a seamless online shopping experience- Manage chat queues and prioritize high-priority issues- Collect customer feedback and suggest improvements for chat support
Requirements:- 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously- Passion for delivering excellent customer service and building customer relationships- Strong research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
