Job Description:

Crown Holdings is seeking a dynamic Live Chat Manager to join our team in New York City, New York. As a mid-to-senior level position, the Live Chat Manager will be responsible for managing the live chat function on our website, providing exceptional customer service, and driving engagement with our online visitors. This part-time role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing live chat platforms effectively.

Responsibilities:- Manage the live chat function on our website, providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries- Develop and implement strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates through the live chat channel- Train and supervise a team of live chat agents, ensuring they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service- Monitor and analyze live chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience across all channels- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management

Requirements:- 6+ years of experience in live chat management or a similar role- Excellent communication and persuasion skills- Ability to remain calm and resilient in high-pressure situations- Proven track record of driving engagement and conversion through live chat- Reliable and dependable, with a strong work ethic- Proficiency in live chat software and tools
