Live Chat Officer

Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team at iHeartMedia in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time entry-level position, the Live Chat Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat interactions with our audience. This role requires a team player who is adaptable and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat, providing accurate information and resolving any issues or concerns they may have- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and provide excellent customer service- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels- Display leadership qualities in managing conversations and helping customers navigate our platforms- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, while working in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field- Energetic and adaptable personality, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively- Strong people management skills, with the ability to lead conversations and resolve conflicts- Must be authorized to work in the US and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate- Medical coverage and free food benefits offered to part-time employees
