Live Chat Specialist

Job Description:

Zocdoc is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients using our platform. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat- Provide accurate information about Zocdoc's services and offerings- Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns- Meet or exceed performance goals set by management- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:- Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for helping others- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Familiarity with CRM software and online communication tools- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
