Las Vegas Sands is seeking a motivated and reliable Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a full-time remote basis in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be driven and possess strong decision-making skills to excel in this position.
Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via live chat- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner- Provide product information and assistance with online purchases- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience- Document customer interactions and update customer records as needed
Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or live chat role- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in typing and computer skills- High school diploma or equivalent
