Group 1 Automotive is currently seeking a dynamic Live Chat Specialist to work remotely from Phoenix, Arizona. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in customer service or online chat support. The ideal candidate will be energetic, adaptable, possess excellent research skills, and have a cooperative mindset.

Responsibilities:- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support and assistance- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring a positive customer experience- Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate information to customers- Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve processes- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times- Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response times and customer satisfaction

Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or online chat support- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in typing and multitasking- Familiarity with CRM systems and live chat software is a plus- High school diploma or equivalent
